Shareablee’s INTERACT Summit is an exclusive annual one-day gathering of social media’s thought leaders. Join us to hear the latest and greatest in social media measurement, to learn from the experts and to expand your social network. Before machines can learn, before AI can fashion insights from predictive analytics, data must first be collected and aggregated. The INTERACT Summit will help you simplify the complex.

The aim is to inspire you to bring courage, creativity, and hard-won insights to your company. We all need to cultivate brand resilience in a constantly changing marketplace. We all need a thorough understanding of what the “best in class” social brands do differently than everyone else. And we all need direct access to each other’s intelligence. On hand will be marketing execs, social media experts from brands, publishers & ad agencies, research & insights leaders, influencers, thought leaders, and creators of wonderful, shareable content.

Being a 21st century brand is tough – with new requirements for customer centricity, adaptability, speed to market, and transparency that leaves many brands struggling to keep up. Many of the traditional advantages, like scale, or distribution, have become more commoditized as the supply chain is democratized. Brands are challenged to create more frequent, and more enduring two-way relationships with customers, and much of this occurs now via social channels. What does long term brand building mean in a world of instant gratification, partial attention, and low consumer loyalty? What does a best in class social brand do differently? In this panel, we will discuss:
- Best practices for adapting market leadership, into mobile/social dominance
- Navigating internal transformation to become truly customer centric
- What it takes to become a ‘direct brand’ and what this means for social media strategy

When it comes to the creative process, do we need more math, or more magic? The answer depends on which side of the continuum you live on - quant or creative, inspired by data or a staunch believer in intuition. But the real problem lies in the implied dichotom. Data versus intuition is no longer a sustainable divide given the demands of new channels and the corresponding urgent need for creators to bottle both quality and velocity when it comes to content creation…and to continue to craft stories that matter. In this panel, we will discuss practical ways that data can be used to inspire better storytelling, and be a departure point for ideas that resonate.

With literally hundreds of metrics vying for our attention, it can be difficult to know where to look when it comes to proving value – and making meaning – across always-on and campaign performance. Add in Influencers, Branded Content Campaigns, and multiple platforms… and it can quickly become overwhelming. In this panel, we will discuss how marketers and researchers can navigate dashboards, scorecards, advertising effectiveness and more – without falling into data paralysis.

Most organizations agree they should lead with data, but particularly when it comes to social media there is a lot to navigate – measurement, private vs public, paid, owned, earned… and that’s even before they consider data quality and sourcing, data lakes, APIs, and their own first party data. More time can be spent getting unstuck, than on running powerful predictive analytics resulting in lost productivity – and profits. In this panel, we will discuss practical ways that organizations can think about organizing their teams, and data workstreams – based on what’s available, what questions need to be answered, and based on a real understanding that data is a cultural, not just a technical shift.
